Same functionality: 65 original affordances accounted for: 42 kept, 8 consolidated, 13 relocated, 2 cut as exact duplicates.
Every finding answered: 38 findings: 35 resolved, 2 partly, 1 deferred, each tied to the design move that handles it.
Color accessibility: 27 text pairings in the palette computed at 4.5:1 or better; status carried by icon and word, never color alone; targets 24px or larger.
Attribution: Two audit passes, never merged: 23 heuristic findings by Claude, 15 by Erik in Figma. Partial and deferred work is labelled as such.
